Management and Business Development Team


 

Amanda Howard

Manager - Administration

Amanda joined the SPS team in September 2003. Amanda is responsible for the Accounts and Administration departments and is also a valuable member of the R&D team. Amanda has worked predominately in the accounting and financial services industries and her experience has provided her with an understanding of the difficulties associated with owning and operating a small to medium enterprise. Amanda is currently undertaking studies relating to business management and accounting.


 

Karin Trott

Manager - Business Incentives

Karin joined the SPS team in September 2001. Karin is responsible for the R&D Tax Concessions and Business Incentives departments. She has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Design at the John Curtin University in Western Australia, and is currently studying towards a Business Management Degree. Karin has several years experience in the engineering sector with companies such as Beca Carter and Asea Brown-Boveri. She places a strong emphasis on client relationships, believing that well informed and happy clients are what business is all about.


 

Ryan Stein

Group Coordinator - Business Development

Ryan joined the SPS team in June of 2008. Ryan is in charge of the Business Development department. Ryan was appointed a Justice of the Peace in NSW in March of 2007. Ryan completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Macquarie University with a double major in Business Law and Human Resources Management in 2010. Prior to working for SPS, Ryan was working for Australian Mortgage Brokers as an Office Manager of their Northern Beaches Sydney branch. 


 

Cordura Ho

Group Coordinator - EMDG

Cordura joined the SPS team in September 1996. Cordura is in charge of the EMDG department. She completed a 4-year Diploma in Secretarial Management in Hong Kong before she came to Sydney and worked in the Insurance industry for 12 years, initially as Personal Assistant and later as Assistant Accountant, after she took up an accounting course in the NSWIT. Prior to working for SPS, Cordura was working for a law firm helping them develop accounting software for other firms.


 

Julie Wilkinson

Newcastle Area Coordinator - Business Development

Julie joined the SPS team in February 2002. Julie has since been working within several areas of the company's core business, such as Export Market Development Grants, R&D Tax Concessions and Business Development. Julie is self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality.


 

Brett Tancred

Lead Client Services Coordinator - Business Development 

Brett joined the SPS team in February 2006. Brett comes to SPS from a successful career in sales and phone sales. He has brought a high level of experience and professionalism to SPS and has helped restructure the Sales and Marketing Department. In most cases our clients will recognise Brett from their first telephone contact with SPS. Brett is a very professional and successful Business Developer who is highly organised, always follows up his clients and is always willing to go out of his way to help a new customer on the way to a successful outcome.


 

Luke Marley

Client Services Coordinator - Business Development

Luke joined the SPS team in August 2009. Luke brings with him over eight years experience in Retail Sales and Hospitality Management. This has given him a strong basis in Customer Service and a high level of Professionalism. He is a self motivated and efficient member of the team whose focus is always on getting the Client the best possible result.  He has a Certificate IV in Financial Markets from the Australian Institute of Finance.
